The Challenge: ProServe is an electrical supply company that wanted to expand their traditional forms of advertising and product display to reach a wider market using the global reach of the internet. ProServe needed a site that enabled them to enter and display over 3,500 products with an interface that will allow them to easily browse, select, and purchase products online.
The Solution: FC created a simple but intricate e-commerce store clearly linking to categories and detailed images of each product. Users can browse through items such as fuseholders and clamps. The customer can then view the price of an item, select the number of units they require and add them to their shopping cart. Once in checkout, the customer can make a secure credit card order or submit the order online and send payment in. ProServe has just recently launched their site and feel their online store gives them an edge in connecting to a new market.
